An opportunity is now opened within the "Airbus Personal Data Protection Officer" department, as Personal Data Protection Specialist : you will join an international team of 14 specialists based in Toulouse, Germany, Spain and the the UK, supporting the implementation of the Airbus personal data protection programme. YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES * Advise teams on personal data protection requirements * Identify and evaluate Airbus's data processing activities * Provide advice and instructions on how to conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) * Monitor data management procedures and compliance within Airbus and its affiliates * Support teams to ensure privacy by design at all levels * Maintain records of processing operations * Ensure we address all queries from data subjects within legal timeframes (e.g. delete their information from our databases) * Liaise with other organisations that process data on our behalf * Perform audits * Deal with privacy breaches * Prepare and deliver training on GDPR compliance for employees * Follow up with changes in law and issue recommendations to ensure compliance You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment where your proven experience, expertise and knowledge directly impacts day-to-day business operations.
