Your role: Working as a business partner to support business teams to negotiate contracts with our technology suppliers as well as all other suppliers Your missions: YOU WILL JOIN PAYFIT’S GLOBAL LEGAL TEAM - 10 PEOPLE - TO WORK CLOSELY WITH OUR FINANCE AND SECURITY TEAMS ON PROCUREMENT PROCESSES TO ACHIEVE THIS MAIN MISSION, YOU WILL * be generally in charge of the negotiation with our suppliers (majority of Saas providers such as access management tools, A/B testing tools, training tools, recruitment tools, data hosting services tools, data dashboards tools, but also consulting agencies, recruitment agencies or equipment suppliers) * work closely with all the teams of the companies (in France and abroad) to protect the interests of PayFit when working with suppliers * generally support and improve our current processes (legal review part) to improve efficiency and closeness to business needs * handle contracts management and monitoring * ensure consistency between global and local practices and will work hand-in-hand with other global legal team members * IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE, YOU WILL ALSO BE IN CHARGE OF * work closely with sales teams to close deals * provide legal supports to customer success teams to deal with customers requests * work with local external counsels and with other experts in the global legal team * handle a great variety of cutting-edge legal topics THIS JOB HAS BEEN TAILORED FOR YOU IF * You have a minimum of 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE (not counting internships) as legal counsel in COMMERCIAL LAW AND IT LAW * Experience with GDPR issues would be appreciated * You have strong legal and negotiation skills which you apply in a PRACTICAL AND BUSINESS WAY * You work AUTONOMOUSLY and you are a PROBLEM SOLVER AND A DOER * You are able to explain legal topics to non-lawyers clearly and you enjoy this PEDAGOGIC APPROACH * You thrive in a fast-paced environment and you are comfortable handling multiple topics at the same time * You have EXCELLENT VERBAL, INTERPERSONAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN FRENCH ANDENGLISH.
