JOB DESCRIPTION:
MISSION
The mission is in the department of “Digital transformation” in
charge of IT activities as well as the strategy and deployment of the
digital transformation within ATR
Main Department missions are:
* Defining and implementing digital strategy to address operational
priorities and to develop ATR business
* Managing Information Technology (IT), application, standards, and
infrastructure of ATR including its subsidiaries
* Managing ATR Cyber Security, maintenance of hardware and software
tools and user support.
* Managing data scientist / BI activities
The Digital Transformation direction is based on 4 pillars: IS
ARCHITECTURE / SUPPORT & SAP / DIGITAL PROJECT / DATA ANALYTICS
ACTIVITIES
You will be under the responsibility of the DIGITAL PROJECT manager
who will help you identify your professional goals and support you in
developing your skills.
You will contribute to the following main activities in collaboration
with the Senior Project Manager:
* Project Management of Digital solutions or evolutions
implementation (Coordination between IT, Business, Outsourcing)
* Support for the preparation of internal project reviews
* Support for the development of project indicators and ensure the
respect of deadlines,
* Monitoring of customer databases and management of information and
data
* Support for the management of operational projects
* Support to structure the cartographies of the ATR SI
* Change Management to support entry into service of digital
solution and in user’s proximity
* Realize, in all their forms (including digital), deliverables and
accompanying actions such as communication, documentation, tutoring,
workshop facilitation, ... in perfect autonomy- Ability to support
processes evolution, creation depending of implementation impact,
* Ability to build trust, good interpersonal and editorial skills,
pedagogy, curiosity
* Technology watch
PROFILE
* DIGITALISATION / IT / GENERALIST ENGINEER level is requested with
BAC +3
_Technical Skills
_
* Knowledge on Project management,
* Knowledge on Agile method will be a plus,
* Knowledge around digital transformation,
* Knowledge on change management
* An appetite for new digital technology (RPA, CHATBOT, etc …)
_Soft Skills

* Proactive, creative, inventive,
* Curious and attentive to news solutions, way of working in all
areas,
* Autonomous,
* Able to train and convince a team,
* Faculties of advanced analysis
