JOB DESCRIPTION:
Who are we ?
The Competences and Learning team of the DDMS program (Digital,
Design, Manufacturing & Services) which aims to transform the way
Airbus designs, manufactures and ensures the support and maintenance
of aircrafts through its main challenges (digitalization, new ways of
working, co-development, etc.).
Our team belongs to the Transformation and Competences department
whose more global mission is to ensure the conditions for the success
of the biggest transformation ever carried out at Airbus.
Your mission :
We offer to you the opportunity to join our dynamic team which ensures
that future skills will be defined and that the corresponding learning
solutions and learning paths will be designed and deployed on time to
ensure people upskilling (internal and external).
This opportunity will allow you to work with most of Airbus divisions,
functions and departments and their Academies (in charge of
Competences&Learning); This will lead you to establish a large network
within our company, to deepen the operational and technical subjects
of the DDMS program, to understand the challenges and the competences
to come as well as to get a view on the technologies, processes and
future models which will be at the very heart of our competitiveness
and our success.
This mission is organized around two complementary axes: on the one
hand a footprint in the operational support of the Single Aisle
program in order to help them anticipate and ensure the deployment of
their learning offer and on the other hand in the definition of future
competences around the 3Dx Dassault suite for Airbus. This will allow
you to work on a wide variety of subjects in run and project mode.
1. As part of the Single Aisle program transformation team, you will
work with the deployment team to ensure, with all Airbus stakeholders
involved, the identification and deployment of the necessary training
solutions. You will have close relationships with program stakeholders
and relevant Academies/Faculties at Airbus Commercial.
2. In charge of the 3Dx working group bringing together experts from
all functions of the 3 Airbus divisions, you will ensure the
definition of Competences and Learning strategy related to the 3DX
ecosystem (Dassault suite) including learning licenses management. You
will ensure the prioritization and availability of 3DX learning means
to achieve this strategy in close relation with DDMS Early Adopters
(such as Single Aisle / XLR, A350 DC&freighter, MECA 4.0, Eurodrone,
FCAS).
Your responsibilities :
* Be the DDMS focal point for the Single Aisle program on all
Competences and Learning related topics in close collaboration with
the Program Transformation team
* Define the DDMS 3DX Competences for all divisions as well as the
associated model skills within the subject's multidisciplinary team
and ensure the establishment of a coherent and harmonized learning
path
* Ensure the prioritization and development of learning solutions
that meet the necessary competences identified in the DDMS scope in
relation with the Airbus Academies
* Work in anticipation with DDMS programs (called "Early Adopters")
to ensure the upskilling of their staff in quality and in due time
* Establish and monitor key performance indicators all DDMS
Competences and Learning activities under his responsibility
* Be the focal point for the Airbus Digital Academy
* Co-develop the overall Competences and Learning Strategy of the
DDMS program with the team and relevant stakeholders (Human Resources,
Academies / Faculties and local skills management managers, etc.)
* Identify new skills, roles and jobs that DDMS projects will need
and align them across sites and divisions.
* Actively contribute to the overall transformation of DDMS and the
implementation of competences, in particular communication and
transformation activities.
* Act as a DDMS transformation model and therefore embrace
collaboration, simplicity, adaptability, agility and digital mindset.

* Solid experience in Competences and Learning management
* Solid experience in managing cross-functional projects
* Excellent ability to interact with different actors of all levels
* Sharp sense of communication
* Great autonomy
* Ability to challenge the status quo and build consensus
* At ease in working with diverse teams (of culture,
subjects/techniques, etc.)
* An excellent level of English
* A knowledge of the French language will be a plus
