YOUR CHALLENGES? * To Manage the quality for Vistronic Bobigny site * Monitor all Quality Roadmap for all projects to reach the Quality (Customer and VALEO) and cost targets – from Kick off to IS validation * To validate and manage Number of hours / resource workload in projects and RFQ * To follow up the customer milestones to guaranty delivery on time * To react when a risk is identified, and Escalate roadblocks to PG / PL management * To perform weekly reporting of quality development activities * To drive and define all appropriate actions / tools to improve efficiency and quality activities follow up * To train new comers in the equality department and develop competence of the team * To monitor and drive KPI for quality development with review and progress of the action plan (DV failure, DV on time,..) * To Challenge and Monitor golden rules deployment in all projects with monthly reporting * Ensure CIP and Clean Project Management is respected * Respect of build In Quality Standards (SPPC tracking sheet is used – SPPC identification procedure is respected – SPPC transfer to Supplier / EPL manufacturing site thru the VRFs, configuration audit ....) * To participate to TSC / PMC to represent Quality network * To be sure that QRQC rules are applied * Participate to the Department QRQC and ensure project team use of QRQC material / rules * Ensure that all the issues are in the single list of issues and manage in the QRQC * Along the Project QRQC ensure that rules are respected and “Stop at first disagree and Stop at first no” are applied * To challenge and monitor QRQCs in the case of DV or PV test failures with LLC implementation * To Guaranty validation of all change of project under development * ECR for all changes after design freeze * After design freeze, ensure 4M matrix respect with regards product or process changes and ensure customer awareness and approval of changes in accordance with the 4M matrix * Applying the Environment Safety and Security procedures and good practices; know for their activities and the activities of subcontractors the potential risks and their consequences. Be attentive and responsive to them and manage the associated action plans * You will manage Quality team members and/or subcontractor within your perimeter (3 direct reports and 10 engineers functionally) LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU! * Engineering Degree with a major in plastics, electronics or mechanical engineering * You have at least 5 years of experience In the automotive industry * In addition, you have 2-3 years in a Quality department (Development, SQA, Customer quality, Production) * You’re fluent in French and English * You have a good knowledge of electronics devices and gadgets * You are rigorous and customer-centric JOIN US !
