Corporate Audit Cybersecurity & IT auditor

Job Description: A vacancy for IM/IT Corporate Auditor, specialized in cybersecurity (f/m) has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse. You will join the Corporate Audit department. You will report to the Head of Information Management Audit Group, who in turn reports to the Head of Corporate Audit & Forensic. You will provide professional support on the mitigation of business risks. This will be achieved by: * delivering audits against professional standards; * challenging the business on the standards and identifying best practices; * assessing the effectiveness of risk management; * assessing findings and developing practical and acceptable recommendations; * assisting in feedback meetings with operational management to discuss findings, * developing recommendations and achieving customer acceptance for implementation; * tracking implementation and completion of adequate corrective actions. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include the following. 1/ Responsibilities Business management * Contributing to developing, tailoring and adapting the IT/IM & Cybersecurity Corporate Audit Programme, in continuous cooperation with other assurance functions: * Liaising with Chief Information Officers (CIOs), Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), their teams and any other relevant function in order to assess, test and address the IT, IM and Security risks and issues faced by Airbus, * Drawing the IT risk related conclusions from Corporate risk maps and Corporate strategy, * Liaising with, coaching other auditors and discuss potential IT threats emerging from business risks, * Applying the COBIT IT governance framework Delivering IT & Cybersecurity audit tasks * Liaising with Executive Committee members and auditees in the frame of the audit, * Defining the audit scope in a Framing Note, * Executing a wide range of IT governance and process audits, * Collaboration with IT Audit service providers, if needed (e.g. penetration testing), * Discussing findings and recommendations with management, * Writing concise and objective audit reports in fluent English and in compliance with the International Audit standards, * Ensuring implementation and completion of adequate corrective actions corresponding to the audit findings, * Reporting regularly on all outstanding actions, * Developing and maintaining tests to cover generic IM, IT and Security aspects relevant for other business areas in non-IT audits, * Supporting the other Corporate auditors on specific IM, IT and Security topics. Business Environment * Exchanging with other companies and/or professional associations to develop best practices for Internal IT Audit. 2/Required skills: Education * You should be educated to a master degree level in Information Management, Information Technology / Security or equivalent professional qualification, * Professional Certification (CIA, CISA, LEAD Auditor ISO 270001) is an advantage, * A very good level in English is required, in reading, writing and communication, * A negotiation level in English is required (with the ability to write audit reports in English). Other language skills are an advantage. Experience: * You should have a knowledge on emerging new technologies such as Cloud, Big Data & advanced analytics, IoT, Block chains, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Additive Manufacturing, Mixed and Virtual Reality, Connectivity , * You should have a strong knowledge in cybersecurity, * You should have a proven experience and solid background in Information Management related activities such as IT-administration, IT-security, software development, design & test, run mode and support. 3/ You must demonstrate: * You must demonstrate significant personal initiative, tenacity, communication skills, an open-mind, aspiration to the highest levels of integrity and professionalism as required by Airbus, * You must demonstrate positive attitude, enthusiasm for learning, strong change adaptability and team mindset.
