Au sein de notre département Installation Team (Iteam), nous
recherchons nos futurs Installation Engineer (H/F) afin de supporter
les installations de nos équipements en Europe.
L’équipe d’Installation (Iteam) prend en charge l’installation
des équipements de semi-conducteurs en Europe (principalement en
France, en Italie et en Irlande). Dans ce cadre, l’équipe intègre,
installe, assemble, connecte et teste les nouveaux équipements
jusqu'à la mise en production des machines par nos clients.
Faire partie de l’équipe d’Installation (Iteam) est plus qu'un
travail, c'est un mode de vie. Les déplacements sur sites clients
occupent env. 75 % du temps de travail, avec la possibilité de
prendre en charge des installations dans le monde entier.
Une formation complète sur nos équipements sera dispensée par le
biais du mentorat.
Vos missions principales :
*
Prendre en charge l’installation des équipements sur le site de
nos clients de l'intégration à l'inspection des machines (assemblage
mécanique, connexions électriques, étalonnages de robot).
*
Assurer les dépannages des équipements en cas de problèmes
complexes.
*
Utiliser la documentation en place telle que les procédures et
schémas électriques ainsi que les instruments de mesure adaptés
avant d'effectuer le travail.
*
Tester l'équipement en suivant la documentation existante et les
techniques de diagnostic.
*
Fournir des rapports précis sur l'état des équipements et les
non-conformités.
*
Adhérer à la politique Sécurité de l’entreprise en tant que
valeur fondamentale et vous conformez à toutes les procédures de
sécurité mises en place.
Votre profil :
*
De formation Bac+3 plus quatre ans d’expérience minimum ou Bac+5
jeunes diplômés, vous disposez d’une expérience dans un ou
plusieurs des domaines suivants : installation d’équipements
électroniques/électriques/mécaniques, assemblage mécanique,
maintenance…
*
Compétences de dépannage pour résoudre les problèmes mécaniques
et électriques lors de l'installation du système.
*
Capacité de communiquer des informations quotidiennes et des
rapports sur l'état de l'équipement.
*
Compétences en gestion de projets pour contrôler le projet
d'installation dans les limites du budget, du calendrier et des
exigences de qualité de l'installation.
*
Capacité à travailler en autonomie.
*
Bonnes compétences en anglais tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
*
Bonne connaissance de MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint).
Le poste nécessite de nombreux déplacements dans toute l'Europe
(75% du temps, en fonction des exigences globales de l'activité).

Within our Service department, we are hiring our future Installation
Engineers.
The Iteam (Installation team) stands for the Installation of
semiconductors tools across the European Region (mainly in France,
Italy and Ireland). We roll in, assemble, connect, and test the new
systems until we hand over to our service team and our customers for
the manufacturing of wafers to kick off.
Being part of the Install Task Force is more than a job, it is a way
of life. As a team we travel approx. 75 % of our working time, and
also get opportunities to support installations worldwide.
This position demands technical expertise, customer focus, team
involvement and flexibility to travel.
Full training on our equipments will be provided through mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
*
Perform independently tool installation tasks from the integration to
the inspection of the tools including troubleshooting in case of
issues.
*
Follows all checklists and procedures and ensures correct procedures
and schematics are available prior to performing work.
*
Test equipment with assistance from senior engineers, existing
documentation and diagnostic techniques.
*
Responds to fab issues by communicating with other engineers and
participating in escalation conference calls.
*
Participate in continuous improvement projects to reduce installation
cycle time and costs.
*
Provide accurate reporting of status, hours worked and
non-conformances.
*
Adhere to the security policy and quality standards of Applied
Materials and its customers.
Skills and Experience required:
*
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree with technical background like
mechanical assembly, equipment installation, maintenance,
mechatronics, electronics, electrical, mechanical, or similar...
*
Position open to New College Graduate (NCG).
*
Some experience or knowledge with Applied Materials CVD/CMP/EPI tools
would be an advantage but not required.
*
Troubleshooting skills to solve mechanical and electrical issues
during system installation.
*
Ability to communicate daily pass-downs and equipment status reports.
*
Project management skills to control installation project within
budget, timeline and installation quality requirements.
*
Ability to work autonomously.
*
Good English communication skills both written and verbal.
*
Good Knowledge of the MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
*
The position requires extensive travelling throughout Europe (75% of
the time, depending on overall activity requirements)
