APPRENTICESHIP CSR PROJECT MANAGER

MISSION: Integrated into the CSR department of the world headquarters of the Cookware Business Unit, you work under the responsibility of the CSR Manager. Supervised and trained, you participate in the implementation of the CSR approach within the BU. Your main missions are : * PROJECT MANAGEMENT You proactively participate in the management of a project around the second life of everyday consumer goods. Guarant of timings and challenges, you move the project forward, by being in daily contact with internal teams. Your ability to influence allows you to mobilize teams to carry out the project. You manage and / or initiate CSR projects in conjunction with various partners committed to healthy and sustainable food. You participate in strategic discussions related to the Social Responsibility of our Brands. * CSR COMMUNICATION You create a communication plan in order to explain and promote the CSR approach to our internal teams and our customers and may be lead to create content (videos, newsletter, booklet, etc.) or to work with communication agencies. * VALORIZE ECO-DESIGN PRODUCTS You develop assets (landing page, video, storytelling, etc.) to promote the Group's eco-designed product portfolio in conjunction with communication agencies. You work on enhancing the results of our life cycle analyzes internally and externally. You will work with our Strategic Marketing teams to highlight our eco-design products. * ENVIRONMENT ROADMAP You participate in the management of carbon issues, forest implantation project ... You may be required to work on training topics for teams in basic eco-design. PROFILE: Student in BAC + 4/5 in business school or university with specialization in CSR or marketing / communication, you wish to acquire significant experience through a work-study program within a large international group. Attracted by CSR issues and the world of marketing, your coordination skills and your strength of proposal will allow you to be impactful with your contacts. Ideally, you can attest to a first CSR experience. Responsive, you know how to show rigor and organization to carry out the various projects. You like to energize a team and unite around you thanks to your leadership and your sense of communication (precise, concrete, decision-maker, enthusiastic). You master the Office Pack and speak fluent English. Proficiency in In Design is a plus.
