Digital Operations is in charge of building the product vision, maturing Epics and sponsoring digital innovations, and also to plan, design and develop digital products, in partnership with other departments. These products are addressing several digital portfolios: Fleet Performance, Aircraft Enablers, Maintenance & Material and Technical Data. Tasks & accountabilities You will be in charge of leading the followings activities: * Enable the Continuous Delivery Pipeline through appropriate design guidelines and investment advocacy * Define subsystems and their interfaces, allocate responsibilities to subsystems, understand solution deployment, and communicate requirements for interactions with solution context * Define, explore, and support the implementation of features, working directly with Agile development teams * Plan and develop the Architectural Runway in support of new business Features and Capabilities * Provide oversight and foster Built-In Quality and Technical Agility * Ensure security and availability of Digital Solutions * Supporting the Digital Solutions Customer engagement team by defining technical solutions and associated costs fitting Airlines needs. Who We Are Looking For As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate some or all of the following skills and competencies: * At least 5 years of experience working in Information Systems or a related discipline, * Strong IT background and experience in IT Architecture and software engineering, * Proven experience of designing, building and deploying cloud solutions, both from scratch and migrating on-premises applications, preferably on AWS. * Experience of distributed architecture definition and implementation, business requirement analysis and database design (SQL and NoSQL) * Experience in designing and implementing serverless architectures, APIs, RESTful Web-services * Strong coding abilities using JAVA, Python, JavaScript and related frameworks * DevOps and FinOps orientation, knowledge of continuous integration frameworks and some of the following products/tools: Docker, Nexus, Artifactory, GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, VersionOne, Splunk, ElasticSearch, Ansible, etc. * Proven track record as software developer acting across the entire development lifecycle * Working experience in Agile Scrum, SAFe and/or Kanban projects * Previous experience working in a Customer Services environment is a plus * Strong relationship building, networking, interpersonal and communication skills * High degree of diplomacy, problem solving mentality, creativity and flexibility * Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines Languages: Advanced level of English and French.
