REGIONAL BUSINESSES : PEOPLE AND PERFORMANCE MANAGER
Within Wordline’s Merchant Services Business Line, the Regional
Businesses (RB) Division targets Mass and Mid market merchants across
key European and International markets. Representing over 750 m € in
annual revenue in 2019, the Regional Businesses Division aims to
exceed 1bn € of revenue within 4 years.
Regional Businesses groups 800 employees in 31 countries of operation
and stems from the combination of activities coming from Ingenico,
Bambora, Worldline and SPS. As such it presents a diverse mosaic of
cultures and HR starting points notably in terms of incentives,
compensation and HR processes.
Reporting to the Head of RB, the People and Performance manager will
lead the transformation initiatives needed to move the organisation to
a harmonised and consistent approach to the management of People and
Performance. He/she will coordinate closely on these topics with the
local HR organisations in the various regions and countries of
operation of RB as well as with the group functions in charge HR,
learning and development and sales performance.
Particular areas of focus of the role will be :
* to support the businesses in controlling attrition and recruiting
the necessary talents to support growth
* to implement a consistent performance incentive approach to drive
performance across RB regions of operation
* to coordinate the best place to work action plans with a view to
improving employee satisfaction
* to link with group learning and development to maximise the value
of learning and development initiatives within RB
* to support mobility within the different functions and regions of
Regional Businesses
* to lead initiatives to foster a common culture in line with the
Regional Businesses playbook

* You have experience in designing and deploying sales incentive
programs and managing sales populations.

producing reports – The concrete business outcomes from your work is
what motivates you.
* You are a team player – being used to collaboration across
functions, borders and cultures as well as working with several
stakeholders and workstreams simultaneously
