PS&D France's Sales Department is looking for a Sales Development
trainee.
Based at Atos headquarters in Bezons, he or she will report to the
Sales Director of the Public Sector & Defense Industry of Atos France.
Part time or full time for a renewable period of six months. The
earliest starting date is 1st semester 2021.
The candidate must have a business school education or equivalent.
The context of the request PS&D France is the leading ESN in France on
the Public Sector market and as part of its continued development and
leadership will expand into different market segments where Atos is
currently present. Indeed, PS&D France's clients include the largest
public sector players in France, such as major ministries, local
authorities and players in the social and employment sectors.
In order to continue PS&D France's growth, many other accounts in the
sector will be addressed and for which all Atos offers are likely to
be proposed and sold.
This will require a special approach and different prospecting
methods, beyond the current Atos sales organization.
THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INTERN WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR :
o In collaboration with the Director, the Sales Director and the
Account Managers of PS&D France, to define the Sales Development plan
and in particular the segment of accounts that will be addressed and
the identification of targets as well as the prospecting tools that
will be used. A large part will be devoted to social networks.
o Participate in the definition, implementation and follow-up of
external sales campaigns towards the defined targets, either through
an internal telemarketing team or an external service provider, which
remains to be validated. In this context, monitor campaign results and
provide PS&D France with regular reports on results.
o Be responsible for proactive sales campaigns to be concluded by
telephone or online. This includes enabling the expansion of share of
wallet in existing accounts across Atos divisions for specific
offerings, to generate qualified opportunities that would then be
handed over to the PS&D France sales team, dedicated Practices sales
teams or the business development team for follow-up.
KEY SKILLS:
o Be accountable for own personal performance and be motivated by
revenue generation and overall business development.
o Must have strong communication skills to promote dialogue between
Atos' various stakeholders and obtain information from customers to
inform projects.
o Ability to demonstrate creativity and innovation through the
implementation of new solutions or best practices, especially in the
direct digital approach.
o Embrace the Atos approach of listening to the customer and the
market, linking all value propositions and campaigns within the
broader model of Atos offerings.
o Must be able to work in a flat, multi-dimensional organization with
a changing environment.
o Must be detail oriented with strong organizational/planning skills
to achieve and implement goals.
o Must possess strong negotiation and influencing skills.
o Must be self-directed in achieving goals in today's telecommuting
health environment
o Adhere to Atos policies, processes and tools (SalesForce).
o Some travel in France is possible.
