Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for defining, developing and
deploying ASSA ABLOY FRANCE's Commercial Excellence program in the
different Business Units, based on Group recommendations. He/she will
report to the Business Development Director France.
This program will include business analysis, performance management,
processes and resources, pricing strategy development and
optimization, sales planning and management, training, and deployment
of tools such as CRM.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement the Group's Commercial Excellence program in close
collaboration with the EMEIA headquarters teams based in London, the
ASSA ABLOY FRANCE Business Unit managers and other departments
* Coordinate the distribution strategy and channel management with
tools and processes aiming a professional and proactive customer
account management
* Develop and support the implementation of service strategies based
on value creation and efficiency
* Prepare the strategy deployment through scenario assessment and
action planning
* Define and implement, in cooperation with the financial controlers
and marketing managers, the pricing policy, aiming the improvement of
margin levels in optimizing product-pricing positioning and setting
profitability objectives, after analysis of the market and the main
competitors
* Improve business processes from sales prospecting to cash
collection
* Coordinate and support the activities of the sales and
specification teams to ensure sales development, including management
and monitoring of key performance indicators
* Develop decision support tools and methods, as well as standardized
and measurable KPIs. Provide progress reports
* Gather market information and use statistical tools to interpret
data and identify trends
* Propose any initiative to grow product and service sales, including
generation of recurring revenues
* Develop and implement comprehensive commercial excellence training
modules to enhance skills
* Actively facilitate and promote the sharing of best practices and
ensure their adoption by the sales teams
* Ensure the deployment of tools to increase efficiency and maximize
sales opportunities, such as CRM
Education, professional experience and personal skills
* 7 to 10 years of experience in the development and implementation
of Commercial Excellence programs, including pricing, in large
organizations, ideally B2B and/or industry.
* 5 years of higher education required, MBA would be a plus
* Strong understanding of pricing concepts (Strategy and Techniques).
* Strong interest in data processing and analysis
* Experience in working in a global organization geographically
dispersed, with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
* Excellent written and oral communication and networking skills.
* Experienced project manager with the ability to analyse and improve
customer-focused business processes.
* Excellent IT skills and knowledge of sales enablement technologies
such as CRM and BI modules
* Good understanding of e-commerce tools and customer journey
* Fluent in French and English
* Pragmatic, open-minded and results-oriented

* Excellent teamwork skills
* High integrity
