LE POSTE
You will work in partnership with Marketing and the Brand teams on the
development of 360° tools for global skincare launches (excluding
Asia), keeping in mind the relevance and coherence of the messages
sent to the consumer.
MISSION DESCRIPTION
Working closely with Marketing, Regions and Expert Services
(Communication, Merchandising/Design, Training, Digital, Social, CRM,
Trade) your main missions are the following:
1/ Support the Operational Marketing Manager and the Operational
Marketing Project Manager in the management of P1, P2 and P3 launches
(excluding Asia) in partnership with the Product Managers to deliver
consistent, customer-focused 360° devices, adapted to the markets and
ensure omnichannelity on all elements of the marketing mix by ensuring
compliance with timings.
2/ Create and send operational platforms (excluding Asia) 3 or 4
months before the products are available in Amiens :
* Build within the given timeframe each of the Care operational
platforms (except Asia) gathering the operational supports and submit
to the N+1 and share with the Marketing Group Manager.
* Lead a meeting with the Regional Marketing teams to explain and
comment on the platforms and amend them if necessary, and carry out
campaign reviews (on priority projects) with the top 3-5 markets and
the help of integrators' information.
* Make the operational platforms available to the Markets
* Optimization or update on the 360° process when needed
3/ Creation and follow-up of the dashboards including the Backward
Planning
* Organize and plan the stages and key dates of the 360° elements
developed by Paris (all touchpoints) according to the marketing plans.
* Regularly update actual delivery dates, alert in case of delays or
problems encountered during the project and ensure the right level of
reporting.
* Create and update monitoring tools/dashboards for the markets and
reflect on new tools for continuous improvement.
4/ Ensure a customer and field vision : Carry out offline & online
benchmarks to feed certain XP launches, and also feed Brief 360°
slides on competitors (in addition to marketing development)
5/ Assist in transversal missions

VOUS AVEZ
* A BAC+4/5 degree from a business school or university
* A first experience in operational marketing. You must be able to
lead projects
* An international or subsidiary experience, field/business oriented
would be a plus
* Fluent level in English, both orally and in writing
* A good command of computer tools: primarily Excel and Power point
