Intern Sales-Operations project leader (F/H)

MISSION CONTEXT
The Junior Project Leader position is open in the Global Sales &
Marketing team of Worldline. You will join an international team with
approximately 15 workmates based in France, Spain and Belgium. The
mission also implies to collaborate with Local Sales operations and
the sales ecosystem.
MISSION DESCRIPTION
Under the supervision of Global Head of Sales operations, you will
participate in the set-up of a new Sales Framework that will govern
the Sales practices across the company:
* Sales opportunities management
* Account management
* Sales and Products performance monitoring.
RESPONSIBILITIES
After a couple weeks of immersion within the team, your mission will
be to implement and monitor the execution of a Sales process, part of
the framework mentioned above, in coordination with global and country
sales departments:
* Define the What, Why and How of the process
* Define a scope, ambition of coverage, KPIs
* Design a process flow and document template
* Build documentation and intervene in training sessions
* Roll-out the process and monitor KPIs
You could also participate in other projects led by Global Sales &
Marketing such as the preparation of the annual Sales Convention or
other external or internal event.
You will also learn the usage of Salesforce.com.
EXPECTED PROFILE
* Studying in a Business school or engineering school nearly
graduated.
* Strong knowledge in Excel and Powerpoint.
* Open mindset, curious, with good analytical skills.
* Good writing and interpersonal skills.
* Willing to work in an international context.
* Fluent English. (Spanish a plus).

* Nanterre (La Défense) - France.
