ENGINEERING OPERATIONS SUPPORT
The Operations team @ Klepierre corporate develops strategy and
provides operational support to all shopping centers in the areas of
Operations. Facility Management as well as CAPEX support / validation
/ tracking
POSITION PURPOSE: Assistant Engineer
Property management efficiency engineering support for 130 properties
(€22 billion asset value, and over €70 million of CAPEX/year) all
over Group – Europe, including Turkey.
To support coherent property management, efficient and in line with
property management targets of Klepierre. The Engineering Intern, will
work directly with International CAPEX / technical expert, and Group
head of Engineering & Sustainability.
Support the creation and implementation of the operation software
related to compliance, for each of the managed properties. Part of
multi-disciplinary team (Engineering / safety&Security / Audit / IT),
during design, testing, implementation & Improvement of the different
modules, with different country champions.
Optimization of CAPEX processes and support
Analyses of current CAPEX project to :
Identify Specific potential guidelines for repeating CAPEX,
Identify good practices and communicate with different countries to
understand best approaches
Support functional requirements compilation to serve projects and
shopping centers needs
Communication with relevant centers, and potential suppliers to
clarify best markets practices for technical solutions
In parallel, the intern will support measuring current Facility
Management strategies within Klepierre group, to define minimum Key
Performance Indicators, and establish benchmarking method of work.
The intern may be exposed to other corporate support functions and
will have the opportunity to acquire a thorough understanding of some
of these areas of expertise at the Klepierre group headquarter.
The Intern may be travelling to some country HQ to better understand
COMPLIANCE / FM / CAPEX analyses and ranking, with HQ team
representative(s).
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and
abilities:
* Ability to work independently
* Computer skills – MS Excel (including macro & pivot table), Power
BI PowerPoint
* Fast learner, self-starter and hands on
* Creative in finding solutions
* Ability to prioritize work
* Flexibility to move amongst different projects
* Logical thinking, process orientated
* Excellent communication – both verbal and written skills (in
English & French)
* Strong administrator - well organized and detail oriented
* Team player with strong interpersonal skills
* Demonstrate self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm
