Are you willing to be a part of an ambitious company project ?
NAOS, major international stakeholder of Skincare, is looking for a
DIGITAL CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT MANAGER , in Aix en provence from april
2022.
Inside the Digital Campus team, you will contribute to steer Naos
transformation journey by fostering brands engagement with their
communities (being B2B, B2C, medical partners …)
YOUR PRIMARY ROLE AND RESPONSABILITY WILL BE TO:
* Design data driven engagement strategies for Naos (CRM, …)
aligned with company business goals and accompany brand and affiliates
in the implementation.
* Identify new digital capabilities needs to brands engagement
strategy & contribute to roll-out global platforms with our digital
factory.
* Be a change agent for department and affiliate to integrate
engagement strategy in overall Naos strategy.
IN THIS CONTEXT, YOUR MAIN MISSIONS ARE THE FOLLOWING :
1. KEY DATA INSIGHTS & ANALYSIS PROJECTS
* In collaboration with our data architects, analyse business
processes, drive the local teams to manage efficiently their database
(data flows between platforms, data model definition, segmentation…)
* Define the KPIs to put in place for dashboards & reporting on ROI
* Analyze the profile of our consumers in different markets to
determine the relevant targeting & custom audiences for digital media
investments , derive and share best practices .
* Develop the qualitative consumer knowledge (buyer profile, persona
for each brand & NAOS)
* Create together with the countries Best Practices to be deployed
globally
2. CRM & CLIENT ENGAGEMENT
* Develop a Naos CRM strategy and key principle of a naos loyalty
program
* Oversee the launch of new CRM 360° tool (Salesforce > Marketing /
Sales) in key regions.
* Deploy, train & ensure the adoption of new CRM system and
implementation of key Naos CRM principles by local teams
* Accompany the local team to create new multichannel campaign
scenarios to drive engagement of new & existing users as well as
revenue growth
* Work cross-functionally and partner with the teams to identify
process, knowledge, and policy gaps that naturally emerge as we scale
our business

It might slightly change.
1. CV screening. Given the large amount of application, this process
can sometimes be as long at 4 weeks.
2. First 15-minutes contact to narrow down your wishes : via phone or

3. Interview with different stakeholders.
4. Optionnally, it could be asked that you realize a case study.
You have an entrepreneur mindset and are customer focused
You are a change leader: highly collaborative, persuasive communicator
with strong project management skills who works well in highly
matrixed and international environment.
You have a strong technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems
You know how to manage CRM software and ideally participated in its
implementation (Salesforce would be a plus).
