Job Description As an intern you will be a key partner for BIC Global Supply Chain on IT transformation. You will play a key part in advancing our capabilities and achieve our strategic targets, which are: * Enable business continuity: ensure that the IT systems addresses the business requirements and keep the business running * Enable business transformation: define and implement new IT solution to support our business transformation initiatives * Enable business innovation: explore with the business how disruptive technologies will be at the core of our future transformations The Intern will report to the Senior Manager, who provides the priorities and supports him/her for resolving the important open topics when needed. The will receive responsibilities on projects as soon as the intern formation will finish. Here are some responsibilities of the role: * Analyze & document current processes and technologies, contributing to the delivery/integration of new IT solutions * Contributing to the delivery of group’s standard Supply Chain Planning systems to be deployed worldwide * Design with the business new functionalities in supply chain planning tool (CPP, MatAlloc, Supersession, …) * Develop and maintain SQL scripts & features * Test new features with the Business to ensure the need * Deploy best practices worldwide Qualifications * Business Master’s degree or Management of Information Systems degree * Fluent English and French * Knowledge of supply chain processes: Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Supply and Demand Planning, … (CPG / FMCG companies is a plus) * SQL & VBA skills * Strong facilitation skills * Any experience with Blue Yonder / JDA, Anaplan or PowerBI, are a plus * Ability to build efficient partnering with the business Additional Information Apply Today!
