. BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT Customer Program & Support (CPS) is the division in charge of DRIVING AND ENFORCING THE GLOBAL DELIVERY STRATEGY FOR AIRLINEs. To CPS belong more than 350 resources geographically spread among Nice, London, Singapore, Bangalore, Sydney and Dallas. Inside CPS, the Business Efficiency and Knowledge Management team (BEK) is in charge, among other activities, OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRIALIZATION TOOLS (ALICE, PHOENIX, PIT,…) INSTRUMENTAL TO THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE TIME TO MARKET OF ALTÉA MIGRATION PROJECTS. Summary of the role _ Are you the next Producty Definition Analyst we are looking for?_ * You will be responsible for the design of the product functionalities based on the product management requirements collection. * You will also need to ensure that processes and procedures are formalized In this role you’ll Map formalize and follow-up on processes associated with particular objectives or activities. Identify and measure key performance indicators to evaluate process effectiveness and efficiency. Identify and support process improvement opportunities. Develop and promote tools and techniques to increase process efficiency and improve performance. Analyse requirements submitted by internal customer Deliver functional specifications and interfaces documentation of the internal tools to be developed Contribute with Development team to technical design Define test cases from internal customer’s requirements. Ensure traceability with specifications. Develop, implement and maintain a performance measurement and reporting system. Promote a process-based, customer-focused and performance-driven culture throughout the organization.
