Why this position is so important? YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Merchandising of Christmas campaign (Product offer construction follow up with Marketing teams, development of principles, sales analysis, 2D/3Dmodels, etc.) Deployment of the International Brand Commercial Plan from a merchandising point of view for promotional events (development of principles, implementation of animation areas, 3D models, etc.) Interface with countries (creation of tools, training, support for presentation) Additional missions (audit, monitoring, etc.) YOU WILL INTERACT WITH : Product Marketing team Gift offers Marketing team Omnichannel campaign team And collaborate with other expertise in Retail team (Communication/Equipement) SEE WHAT OUR ENVIRONMENT PROMISES: Work in an international company with French roots WORK IN AN INTEGRATED BRAND: we are botanists, harvesters, manufacturers and retailers Located in a modern office at Issy-les-Moulineaux Possibility to have 2-3 days/week of homeoffice INTERNAL CSR INITIATIVES PARTICIPATION: Plant for life, Terre de Femmes, Nature academy, We R Change Onboarding Access to great restaurant and cafeteria Amazing green terrace on the rooftop with natural honey production YOU ARE AN IDEAL CANDIDATE IF: Is very organized, Is autonomous, Has a strong creative sense. TECHNICAL SKILLS: Business School or University Curriculum (Marketing / Commerce branch). A first experience (Sales, Merchandising, Operational Marketing) would be appreciated. COMPUTER SKILLS: Office pack, merchandising software (DISPLAYER type), Windows Movie Maker, Photoshop would be a plus. LANGUAGE SKILLS: fluent English.
