FOUR SEASONS HOTEL GEORGE V Just off the Champs-Elysées, Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris is superbly located in the heart of the most fashionable quarter of Paris. Fronting on Avenue George V, it is ideally situated near the business district and major tourist attractions. The 244 rooms Hotel includes 59 suites. Classic French furnishings and Parisian style create an elegant residential atmosphere. The hotel's 5 Michelin starred restaurants serve refined cuisine in an elegant and warm atmosphere. We are looking for our Parisian property for an experienced and qualified FLOOR SUPERVISOR (M/F) The candidate must hold the required authorization to work in a European country. A fluent level of English and French are required. Position based in Paris. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS We are looking for individuals with exceptional interpersonal, organization, and communications skills. Someone who is able to successfully multi-task in a fast-pasted environment, is proactive, creative, and enjoys working in a team environment Previous experience required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Organize the day of the Staff and Housekeepers according to the activity. * Verify the work flow according to the priorities of the day of each member of his/her team. * Control all the rooms on his/her floor (departures, recouche, vacancies, etc...), and make sure that all quality criteria are respected. * Organize his/her day according to priorities and knowledge of the clients. * Request technical interventions as required and ensure proper follow-up of room maintenance. * Ensure the follow-up of specific customer requests (extra pillows, iron, shaving kit, mirror...) * Ensure the proper maintenance and cleaning of the furniture * Control the state of cleanliness of the storerooms, pantries, corridors and public and common areas of the hotel. * Control the clearing of tables and trays in the room service * In the event of a found object, immediately call the Security Department to register the object and respect the procedure. * Respect the procedure for customer reservations (check out and return to the room upon arrival) * Support the integration and training of new employees and assist them in their tasks * Carry out various projects assigned by the Housekeeping management team in order to improve the service and develop the skills of each employee.
