Job Description
As part of the IBP TEAM, you will be contributing to build weekly &
monthly production plan, involved in continuous improvement projects
to improve our internal processes & tools.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS
* Continuous improvement, enhancement of existing tools (KPI
production adherence, shipment plan, production plan…).
* Reporting: improves/secures the gathering of data and takes
advantage of Power BI features to consolidate figures from the monthly
S&OP cycles.
* Adhoc analysis (potential portfolio simplification, MOQ…)
* Manages several specific manufacturing Product Families: from a
monthly S&OP level to a weekly detailed planning.
* Training document for existing / new processes and tools.
Qualifications
* Engineer or Supply Chain specialization (Master)
* Advanced level in Excel as well as demonstrated database
skills/interest (Power BI)
* Fluent in English (oral & written)
* Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
* A first experience in Planning (Demand or Supply) or Business
Analyst related job would be an asset.
* Demonstrate proactive behavior.
