Summary of the activities You will gain a first experience in Human Resources Management according to your studies and skills. You will join a multicultural English-speaking team. You will have the opportunity to learn and on the same time contribute to your teams’ tasks. During this experience You will contribute to: * develop and maintain the training curriculum and training catalogue by analyzing and updating them, with special focus on RND learnings * support talent management and development initiatives by focusing on employee’s performance and development plan thanks to recurrent reports, needs analysis, action plan definition, benchmark and presentation, * Organize languages courses for employees focus on having interaction with native people. Update online Learning catalog with global and local initiatives.
