Summary of the activities
You will gain a first experience in Human Resources Management
according to your studies and skills. You will join a multicultural
English-speaking team. You will have the opportunity to learn and on
the same time contribute to your teams’ tasks. During this
experience You will contribute to:
* develop and maintain the training curriculum and training
catalogue by analyzing and updating them, with special focus on RND
learnings
* support talent management and development initiatives by focusing
on employee’s performance and development plan thanks to recurrent
reports, needs analysis, action plan definition, benchmark and
presentation,
* Organize languages courses for employees focus on having
interaction with native people. Update online Learning catalog with
global and local initiatives. Track links to our new HR system,
Workday Organize Nomination sessions for employees going through
promotion process.
* perform cost calculation and work on policies regarding
compensation & benefits topics: international mobility, salary offers,
equity plans, etc.
The ideal candidate
* Is pursuing Bachelor/Master’s degree studies via an
apprenticeship program in Human Resources Management, Business or Law,
* Has a proficiency level in English (oral and written),
* Has already heard about or worked with SharePoint or other
collaborative platforms,
* Has already heard about or worked with SAP or SuccessFactors,
CONFIDENTIAL & RESTRICTED
* Has a good knowledge of Excel to perform data analysis
* Is known for her/his dynamism and confidentiality awareness
* Has interpersonal and communication skills allowing her/him to
