For 28 years, we have been asserting the difference of a French culture and imagining new shopping experiences by combining a creative approach based on elegance, innovation and freedom of expression, applied to a multitude of retail professions: cosmetics, jewellery, department stores, shopping centres, mass distribution, food & beverage, travel retail, etc. To find out more: https://www.instagram.com/malherbeparis/ We are looking for an Financial & Management Controller to join the Head of the Financial Department and support the Finance / Management Control. * ROLE REQUIREMENTS MISSION : Reporting to the Head of the Financial Department, you support the Finance / Management Control * Support monthly closing work * Contribute to the production of the accounts of the project companies * Monitor performance and variance analysis (actual vs budget, etc.) * Participate in weekly/monthly reports of international structures in HK, Shanghai, NY and France * Update data to guarantee the accuracy of the information communicated * Regularly perform reviews and analysis of key indicators (Cost price per collaborator, update information system databases) * Participate in the various processes of budget construction and development of Business Plans for the company * Contribute to the continuous improvement of working methods and written procedures * Bring a new perspective to our current processes * Participate in the automation of procedures and analysis methods and their implementation in the information system (INEDEE) * Support the French sales teams in the daily management of their files (opening files, quotes, bdc, invoicing) * Manage time sheets for the agency workforce (analysis, follow-up, profitability) * QUALITIES & CHARACTERISTICS PROFILE: * Student in Master 1 or Master 2 (Business school or University) specialized in management control * You are rigorous, autonomous, organized, and like to work in a team * Strong ability in data analysis * Good knowledge of office tools
