Minimum qualifications:

* Ability to speak and write in English and French fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
* Deep industry knowledge or related experience.
* EMEA/international team leadership experience.
* Excellent negotiator; skilled in agreement review, external
stakeholder management, and partnership development.
* Comfortable leading through ambiguity, while coaching a team,
working with cross-functional partners.
* Excellent communication skills, including taking complex offerings
and translating them simply to inspire action.
ABOUT THE JOB
As Country Manager for Devices & Services, you will manage a business
with established key partnerships in Retail, Telco, and Online. Your
objective will be to scale the devices and services business
representing the best of Google. You will manage a team and
cross-functional areas such as Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Supply,
Legal, etc. being the ultimate owner of the Devices & Services P&L for
France. In the role, you will be part of the EMEA Leadership team, and
have a key role to drive Google's overall success. You are a growth
leader that can take the business to the next level, whilst
recognizing that being deeply involved in the day to day of the
business is a key requirement to success.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Build and manage a cross-functional team of strategic partner
managers and account managers. Evaluate and prioritize opportunities
from a strategic, financial, and operational perspective.
* Structure proposals including partners benefits, targets,
requirements, incentive structure, legal and operational implications.
* Ensure partners are fulfilling agreed upon obligations and that
Google is providing the required support for them to do so.
* Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including the
country leadership team and a broad spectrum of other functions, such
as engineering, sales finance, marketing, and compliance.
* Lead ad-hoc projects focused on the strategic growth of the
Devices & Services business.
