JOB DESCRIPTION
IS QUALITY MANAGER (H/F)
Organization
* Function : IS Performance
* Country : Global
* Location : France – Paris
CONTEXT
IS Performance entity, as part of the continuous improvement for the
service delivered to our End Users, is involved in the implementation
and improvement of processes as well as solutions implementation and
governance animation for the different IS Teams.
PURPOSE
The IS quality manager animates at Global level the quality network -
providing methods and support to continuous improvement action
definition and follow up. He or she also leads the
incident/Change/Problem management network, ensuring consistency in
follow-up and root cause analysis
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
QUALITY - CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
* Define and implement an IT Quality policy intended to maintain and
improve IS Services and Products in accordance with the IS Strategy
* Leadership, management and development of the quality to ensure
all staff are adequately skilled & capable of performing their
functions
* Analyze, design, modify the quality management system. Assist in
metrics definition and set up
* Provide methodology in the formalization of IS processes system
(Flow, Roles, Visual aids, Management routine, Work Instruction,
metrics). Identify the process stakes and ensure consistency. Supports
processes simplification and pragmatism.
* In alert and crisis situations ensure diagnosis is properly done
with incident managers and incident management methodology is
followed. Ensure lessons learned session is done after crisis and
incorporated in the problem management plan
* Ensure problem management is properly conducted, followed and
measured
* Define initiatives for the continual improvement of IS processes
and carry out their monitoring.
* Ensures proper IS Documentation quality – Define an appropriate
organization
* Standardize project management methodology. Ensure that project
teams are following the project methodology appropriately from the
quality perspective, so that quality is built into systems at the
required level
* Forecast potential new methods and norms
* Ensure Quality manual simplification, update and deployment with
the support of the extended quality network and the management
QUALITY - TOOLS
* Bring tools and methods of continuous improvement : Define and
build ad-hoc / useful dashboard to help steer management decisions,
broadcasting of good practices, standardization, help in the
resolution of specific problems
* Support the setup of own IT tools, ensuring the alignment of the
setup and processes (Ticketing, ITSM , Time Tracking, CMDB, ITAM…)
QUALITY - GOVERNANCE AND ANIMATION
* Setup and animate the proper governance in order to manage and
follow quality through the IS community worldwide
* Provide awareness and IS quality education, methodology, animate
change and communication
* Be responsible for the IS process evaluation by acting as the
primary contact for processes audits and maturity assessment
EXPECTED RESULTS
* She/he is in charge of Quality - Continuous improvement
* Action plan progress follow up, ensure steering animation
* Regular performance measure publication
* Animating IS meeting, presenting dashboards
* Network animation points
* In charge of Continuous improvement measurements, including IS
Survey (monthly, annual)

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
* French, English
* 5 year experience minimum
* Company transversal understanding
* Intrapreneurship
* Good communication skills.
* Project Management
* IT Standards, Process and audits protocol knowledge
* Management of transversal and virtual teams
* Knowledge in Finance and contract management is a plus
