Within the paintshop center of Toulouse Operations, you will join the Paint Processes development team. TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES You will be accountable for: * ENSURING THE DEVELOPMENT AND INDUSTRIAL DEPLOYMENT OF NEW PRODUCTS AND PROCESSES TO THE PAINTSHOPS , collaborating with suppliers and counterparts within the different Natcos * ANIMATING THE MULTI JOB TEAM , in the frame of development and deployment projects * REPRESENTING THE PAINT CENTRE WITHIN THE DIFFERENT FORUMS in a transnational environment * BEING SOURCE OF PROPOSALS TO IMPROVE PROCESSES PERFORMANCES in terms of quality, cost and lead time * DEFINING THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF PRODUCTS AND PROCESSES to guarantee their integration in an industrial environment and ensure evolution * ENSURING TECHNOLOGICAL SURVEY AND BENCHMARKS to identify the best practices and ensure the deployment * LEADING INDUSTRIAL R&D PROJECTS FOLLOWING LBIP+ METHODOLOGY * PILOTING, PERFORMING AND SYNTHETIZING TESTS REQUIRED for new materials and processes industrial qualification * IMPLEMENTING TEST METHODS AND MEASUREMENT linked to paintshops activities * ACCOMPANING AND SUPPORTING PAINTBOOTHS DURING THE INDUSTRIAL QUALIFICATION PHASES * PARTICIPATING TO PPS YOUR BOARDING PASS We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience: * Engineering degree of equivalent, * At least 3 years of experience * Project Management experience, * Experience in production, * Knowledge on paint automation processes is a plus * Stakeholder Management and ability to drive change, * Customer oriented, * Ability to interact and influence, * Strong interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal) * Open minded and ability to adapt to changes, * Collaborative mindset, * English: negotiation * French : negotiation _FRENCH VERSION _ Le Pôle Peinture d’AIRBUS, situé sur le site de Clément Ader, recrute !
