REGIONAL FINANCIAL ANALYST - FRANCE

OVERVIEW:
The Regional Financial Analyst will be the key finance go to person
within the French region for Trimble Construction. The person will
work very closely with other finance functions, the businesses and the
regional leadership to foster strong relationships with key
stakeholders and be viewed as a trusted business partner. The
Financial Analyst is responsible for various financial tasks within
the region.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Weekly / Monthly consolidation and reporting of multiple business
metrics
*
Supporting the month end close (e.g. deferred revenue, reclasses)
*
Oversight of actual monthly results and insightful variance analysis
*
Monthly sales commission calculation & analysis
*
SSP Analysis
*
Providing input and contribution of the relevant region for global
management reviews (QBR)
*
Assisting Key-Account-Deals from a financial perspective
*
Involvement in the roll-out of a new CRM-System (inclusive of user
acceptance testing prior go-live)
*
Foster strong relationships with Business and Corporate finance groups
*
Ensuring policies are in place and followed
*
Supporting the Finance Leadership in various requests
REQUIREMENTS:
*
Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting or similar
*
Strong Finance acumen and knowledge of P&L and Balance Sheet
*
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a combined Finance and
Accounting role
*
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high
volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timelines
*
Proven experience in interpreting financial results to the business
along with guiding the business on execution of the financial plan and
adjusting or pivoting if and when necessary
*
Able to pick up new technical concepts quickly and be adaptable
*
Experience with G-Suite, Salesforce, Oracle and Domo preferred
*
Strong Excel skills and ability to develop, create or maintain large
complex models
*
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and French)
