Senior Field Marketing Advisor
Assessing market trends, quantifying opportunities and developing
marketing programs, Field Marketing at Dell Technologies is at the
forefront of customer engagement. Responsible for a specific location,
department or product, our teams drive marcom strategy – from making
budget recommendations to defining roadmaps and informing content
themes. Interacting directly with customers and utilizing third-party
customer data, they provide Dell’s product marketing and messaging
team with game-changing feedback. At the highest level, they develop
and drive marketing policies and activities, from market research
through brand management and product development to pricing.

What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Field Marketing Advisor, you will lead the development and
execution of the go-to-market field marketing plans to support
specific growth initiatives, localizing and adapting global content
and programs that achieve sales demand.
You will:
* Work in strong collaboration with the local and EMEA marketing team
to insure the programs and activities are positively impacting
business, aligned with business priorities and helping in
consolidating Dell Technologies digital transformation awareness
* Work with EMEA Marketing team to brief the desired set of campaigns
to support the local business: Outbound play definition, Inbound
marketing investments
* Action execution through floor initiatives to meet the pipeline
target and sales execution
* Suggest marketing actions that aligned with business needs to
address in-quarter challenge (units target, margin recovery,
Infrastructure revenue mix ...)
* Build quarterly marketing plans in collaboration with business
partners.

Essential Requirements
* 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing, implementing dedicated
customers events, digital campaigns, sales animation to drive Dell
Technologies portfolio awareness and build relationship with customers
* Good knowledge of business and marketing strategy, concepts tools
and techniques, including promotions, direct mail, digital, customer
relations and advertising
* Active participation to sales meetings and business reviews as part
of the SMT to inform the whole team on business trends, challenges and
needs and tweak activities if needed
* Good project and time management skills, with a strong attention to
detail and capability to juggle multiple programs
* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
* Research, information gathering and analytical skills. Must be a
motivated, self-starter, proactive and results oriented
* Fluent French & English language skills and communication skills
Desirable Requirements
* Bachelors’ degree
* Experience in Medium Business segment
