What you’ll achieve
As an Online Business Manager, you will proactively take ownership of
the assigned online business segment and drive for results. You will
promote and work dynamically to drive online activities that will
increase online revenue, attach rate, channel profitability and
premium to offline business.
This also means developing a business plan and driving actions on the
sales floor, supporting our customers
This is a customer facing role where relationships, both internal and
external, are key to succeed. This position requires driving specific
online initiatives through professional program/project management.
The role also entails working jointly with Dell internal teams and
senior management stakeholders to maintain high customer online
experience and communicating key programs.
You will:
* Drive customer online adoption, maintaining and improving online
customer experience and supporting Dell sales organization to find
best online solutions.
* Delivering understanding of the direct, online business model via
e-Business technologies, process definition, and escalation management
* Driving Business goals via Dell's Premier Page site & Premier Tools
application (DOMS/Gii experience is a plus.)
* Must be must be proficient at handling multiple tasks/projects and
successfully collaborate with the different support organizations,
including: Sales, Sales Operations, Finance and IT.

Essential Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred/significant e-commerce
experience.
* Project/program management skills + Experience with customer
interaction.
* Solution oriented, highly motivated and result oriented
* Proven experience with sales/online/business operations activities
* Strong analytical and communication skills, digital competencies,
(online tools) local language skills
. Fluent in English
Desirable Requirements
* Experience with ERP systems such as Ariba, SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft,
etc. and Market sites is preferred.
* Experience working with an international client base and with
remote and virtual teams is preferred.
