Global lead senior advisor Lead management is a key asset for marketing by support our sales growth effort. Among the Marketing Strategy & Operations organization, the lead management team’s vision is to deliver operation excellence on leads on a global scale . We are deploying the right processes, and strive at being able to deliver the targeted volume of leads and this as fast as possible in our complex systems. We want to continue to develop our ability to innovate and run the business accordingly. Join us as being a global lead management senior advisor What you’ll achieve * Deep understanding of lead managements processes, tools and ecosystems across the world, * Being able to shadow our regional leads from operational and strategic perspectives, * Develop a network of stakeholders on lead management & Collaborate with a diverse set of teams across Dell Technologies marketing teams over the globe, including central marketing teams, regional marketing operations teams, management cage agents, * Design control and quality measurement systems on our lead processes & identify opportunities for process improvement. Be responsible for change management if required. * Can provide general support to our extended community – sales, field marketing, GBO. Execute our various lead management operations in our tools and systems (SalesForce, Lean data, Marketing Cloud) Essential Requirements * 6 to 8 years of related experience in sales lead management with the ability to communicate strategic priorities and build consensus across internal teams, * Capacity to prioritize and handle workloads for critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment and ability to develop innovative approaches to complex problems, * Drive for results, action orientation and ability to learn on the fly, * Advanced Microsoft Office experience – Excel, PowerPoint: strong presentation, written and verbal communications skills; able to communicate conceptually and tactically.
