SENIOR FUND SETUP & LIFECYCLE SPECIALIST (F/M/D)
We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and analytical professional to
join our Fund Setup Team as part of Distribution Operations in Europe.
In this role, you will be in charge to support the planning and
implementation of product initiatives on our French mutual and
institutional fund range. This includes new product launches, changes
in the existing product range (e.g. fund mergers, (de-)federizations,
change of product specifics or other operations), regulatory and
internal initiatives as well as acting as Company Secretary to the
corporate structures.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Contact person for internal and external partners on all product
initiatives
* Coordination with and contact partner for external counterparts
like Contrôle Dépositaire and local regulatory authorities
* Preparation and implementation of all fund documentation required
for product development, product lifecycle management & regulatory
compliance (e.g. preparation of prospectuses, shareholder
communication, merger plans, etc.)
* Contribution to regulatory and internally required project
initiatives
* Acting as interface between internal teams, including Operations,
Finance, Legal, Products, Investments and Distribution, as well as
service providers and the regulatory authority
* Support the further roll-out of the Employee Savings & Retirement
Schemes under the new PACTE Law
* Ensuring execution in compliance with internal governance
standards and regulatory requirements
* Company Secretary to the corporate fund structures including but
not limited to the preparation of Board Meetings, Minute Taking of
Board Meetings, handling of General Meetings and other governance
driven corporate aspects
* The role includes the opportunity to support cross border projects.
You will be part of a European expert team, collaborating closely with
colleagues in an international environment.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
* Several years of working experience in the asset management
industry with particular emphasis on Fund Setup activities and / or a
Company Secretary role
* Knowledge of the regulatory requirements of the various French
investment fund types
* University degree in business administration, finance, law or
equivalent
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and
handle tasks and deadlines
* Strong interpersonal skills and the talent to build positive
relationships, internally and externally, in an international business
environment
* Increased awareness of the accuracy and quality of the
fund-related documentation and keen attention to detail
* High motivation to take initiative and to independently develop
creative and targeted solutions
* Excellent MS Office skills, in particular Word and Powerpoint
* Fluency in both written and spoken French and English.
