The Field Marketing team (Retail Media, EMEA) is seeking a Marketing
Specialist to support our Retail Media business unit which has
experienced exponential growth. This person will be responsible for
managing the execution of marketing projects and campaigns ranging
from email marketing, content, events, & sales enablement. We are
seeking a collaborative, passionate, and organized marketer with a
passion for tech.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager (Retail Media, EMEA) and
working closely with the rest of the Field team, the Marketing
Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of
campaigns that support business objectives and drive measurable ROI.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within one of the fastest
growing areas in the AdTech space, gain deep product knowledge and

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support cross-channel campaign plans including product launches.
* Create tracking and determine a campaigns performance within
Salesforce.
* Use data and insights to fuel account-based marketing activities.
* Order and distribute sales promotional items and client gifts as
required.
* Maintain a digital hub so that internal teams have access to sales
collateral & marketing materials.
* Support sponsored & hosted events from planning and logistics, to
attendance and promotion strategy.
* Work with sales and account strategy to track post-campaign
opportunities executed by the field marketing team.
* Become a trusted and key contact of our EMEA Retail Media
commercial teams.
ABOUT YOU
* 1-2 years of experience in general or field marketing role within
the B2B SaaS space.
* Fluent level English (for London based position) and French speaker
(for the Paris based position)
* Strong interpersonal skills – with internal and external clients.
* Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals including direct
mail, events, ABM, & digital campaigns.
* Exceptional writing and communication skills.
* Experience with Salesforce/Pardot (or another CRM)
* Strong project management skills with extreme attention to detail.
* Comfortable working in a results-driven, revenue-focused
organization.
* Driven, analytical, & creative with a go-getter spirit.
* Assertive and solutions-oriented when faced with obstacles.
* You have a genuine Interest in tech space with a desire to
understand the AdTech space and be fluent in our technology’s
capabilities.
