THIS NEW JUNIOR R&D TRANSFORMATION ANALYST ROLE IS AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN THE GLOBAL TRANSFORMATION TEAM WITHIN MARS DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES AND PLAY A KEY ROLE IN PROJECT MANAGING AND DELIVERING NEW DIGITAL CAPABILITIES AND INNOVATION ACROSS THE FUNCTION. PARTNERING WITH MANY DIFFERENT STAKEHOLDERS, THIS ROLE WILL PLAY A KEY ROLE IN DELIVERING BUSINESS VALUE THROUGH DIGITAL CAPABILITIES ACROSS R&D. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? * A background in delivering business capabilities within a business function (pref R&D), and preferably in the CPG industry. * Technical awareness of new digital platforms, such as automation, data/analytics. * Project management experience using agile/waterfall and hybrid. * Experience of working in teams delivering new capability through a minimum viable concept mindset. * Design thinking / collaboration tool experience * Ideally : Some functional expertise and awareness in core R&D processes, across PLM, Quality and Science/Regulatory Affairs. * Global teaming and collaboration experience. WHAT WILL BE YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES? * Responsible for driving new R&D capability and innovation activities, through leveraging strong design thinking and collaboration techniques (e.g Mural). * Responsible for project managing R&D digital activities across a roadmap of portfolio activities, driving Product&Pack, Quality & Food Safety and Data/Analytics. This will include activities following the cycle of discovery, prototyping, to pilot and first stage minimum viable product (MVP) in addition to supporting the delivery of new capability on our existing R&D digital platforms. * Responsible to partner closely with business Product Owners and SMEs to deliver the assigned projects. * Supporting a continued drive for bringing to the team great insights via external thought leadership across industry/peers/academia and through internal connections. Helping to find new ways of solving business problems in-line with our strategic Mars Inc. priorities across the R&D function, namely Leading Quality, PLM and Mission Control. * Strong collaboration across all key stakeholder groups : R&D Corporate, Mars DT GTI, R&D Segment leads, DT ASD, Enterprise Architecture and other senior leads across digital Mars DT teams. * Partnership with Tier 1 and niche Tier 2 partners to help deliver projects and new capability activities.
