internship finance transformation project (m/f) july 2022 (6 months)

About the job Context : Beginning of 2021, Danone initiated an important transformation of its Finance model & processes to leverage the creation of Integrated Finance Services. In this context, the Central Finance project was launched to adapt & improve some of the main Finance rules in accounting and controlling, and to up-grade the Finance information systems architecture with SAP S4 HANA Central Finance. The project design is to be completed this year, and a Pilot phase will be launched for a 1st implementation. This project represents a very challenging functional and technological step with the implementation of a new Finance model, the change of many finance processes, the access to innovative technologies (S4 HANA, digitalization, finance master data management, data visualization...) on a very large scale (>250 entities worldwide). On this position, the intern will participate to all the Central Finance project activities at these Pilot and deployment phases. Main contributions expected in the following areas: * communication, on-boarding, training of the local teams * workshops on various finance topics: costs allocation rules, cost centers structure, local accounting rules, currencies management... * build the tests scenarios in the Central Finance system, * support the tests execution by local teams * review, enrichment, mapping of the finance master data * complete the design open points (profitability analysis and material ledger) and any other tasks related to the project management (planning, documentation, etc.) The advantages of this internship : * An opening to various environments, in terms of countries, professions, business and profiles met * The possibility to work and bring concrete recommendations and a fresh perspective (this is what will make the difference!) * A deepening of your knowledge in management control within a large international group * An integration and a personalized HR follow-up throughout your course * A bonus ranging from €1,120 (Bac+4) to €1,300 (Bac+5) gross/month About you The essentials: * Masters student in IT/ Engineering/ Economics- with internship experience in an international company. Experience / good knowledge of Finance domains (accounting, controlling, audit...) * Curiosity is a must * High interest for technologies, data and information systems * Improvement mindset: Looking continuously to get a better impact * Capable to swing between high level topic to detailed tasks * Project management: any experience would be appreciated * Languages required: English (fluent).
