ROLE OVERVIEW The Product Owner work on one or more features that are often used across products. He works closely with the internal product team and customers to define the feature, and with engineering to release the feature. Your challenge will be to support the evolution and functional innovation of our Unified Commerce product platform: * A powerful Back-Office module, capable of absorbing and storing all existing data extracted from the IS (single web & store repository) and making them available in a unified way via modern APIs for any service and application of commerce (site, marketplace, seller's tablet, connected cabin, etc.). * The integration of stores at the heart of the digital strategy with native services to the Web to Store platform (e-reservation, click & collect 1H), Store to Web (seller app) or Ship from Store. * These "omnichannel" functionalities are fully expressed at the time of the "check-out" which becomes unified, for a fluid and seamless shopping experience, orchestrated by a powerful Order Management which will look for any product wherever it is is there to serve it to the customer. You'll work with an expert team of developers, architects, and product managers to design, build, test, and launch new features quickly and efficiently. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Work with key users within Proximis to identify customer and system integrators needs and build solutions that respond to changing market and user needs and behaviors. * Actively participate in the development of the product strategy and the roadmap with the stakeholders, aligned with the company’s strategy. * Act as Product/Service Owner in the Agile DevOps methodology: provide directions and priorities to the devops team. In charge of the Product backlog. * Prioritize non functionnal features and technical debt to build the best architecture for our products and synchronize priorities with development teams * Work in an automated and continuous integration environment with highly technical people, and be able to quickly switch from product features to operational tasks * Effectively manage product and platform development as well as measure success using metrics. * Participate in the production of presentation media for the functionalities and their regular updating. * Collaborate to consolidate a clear vision of the business environment: competition and partners. WHO YOU ARE You have at least 2 years of experience in Product Management, acquired with a SaaS publisher or within a pure player. * You have demonstrated your ability to develop a vision and bring your ideas to market quickly. * You immediately know how to recognize and create effective and pleasant user experiences. * Results oriented, energetic and strong in a spirit of initiative. * You are at ease both in writing and speaking, in French and in English. You know how to lead workshops, speak in public and convince your interlocutors. * You share agile values: team spirit, continuous improvement, feedback culture and value management. * You enjoy working closely with technical teams. * You regularly monitor product innovations with high potential. * You want to learn more about the actors and challenges of unified commerce and want to participate in the creation of digital products used daily by merchants and consumers. * Energetic: You’re driven by pushing forward, searching for better, and wanting more than the status quo * Bright: You love bouncing ideas off other people.
