Within the Entertainment Division, the technical projects department
works in collaboration with the Artistic Direction and the production
team to carry out all the creation and follow-up projects of the
parks' animations.
Activities include the creation of new shows related to the Disney
brand and our franchises (Marvel, Frozen, Starwars...) and the
development of seasonal events (Halloween, Christmas, Spring).
This department is currently looking for a TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT
MANAGER M/F for shows.
Under the responsibility of the Senior Manager Technical Development
Show,
You will manage a team (Technical Managers, Group Leaders,
Engineering, Technical Designers, Electrical Engineers, Industrial
Designers, Service Providers, etc.) in charge of the technical
development of the Show projects and the operational support aiming at
the technical transposition of the division's artistic and
Investissement Facilities Plan projects. This is done while respecting
the quality of service that the company has decided to offer its
customers by respecting the Five Keys: Safety, Courtesy, Spectacle,
Efficiency and Inclusion.
Within the Entertainment Division, the technical projects department
works in collaboration with the Artistic Direction and the production

RESPONSIBILITIES :
* Evaluate the performance of your employees, encourage their
professional development and develop a team dynamic.
* Explain and ensure, within your scope, compliance with legal and
conventional rules, agreements and HR policies of the company and
maintain the social climate.
* Participate in the development of the AOP of the department/sector
under your responsibility.
* Ensure the financial management of the allocated budget throughout
the year, taking into consideration all the variable elements and
monitoring the expenses and cost control on your perimeter.
* Deploy the policy of the Division and/or the Company by
implementing various actions on the whole of your activity perimeter
and follow the initiatives and the results of the activity on a daily
basis.
* Facilitate and develop partnership relations with support services
(HR / LM / Finance, etc.) as well as with your counterparts in other
LOBs.
* Supervise the work of the team (Technical Managers, Group Leaders,
Engineering, Business Designers, Electrical Engineers, Industrial
Designers, Service Providers, etc.) through a presence in the field
and permanent dialogue, distribute the workload, monitor the progress
of projects (technical-artistic aspects, Investissement Facilities
Plan, strategy for the technical part of projects, roadmaps, analysis
of offers, technical alignment, etc.).
* Implement the product strategy, be a force of proposal, follow the
results of the daily activity and make the necessary adaptations,
guarantee the deadlines, the establishment of the specifications by
integrating the regulations and the prevention of the risks.
* Take all operational and daily decisions related to the day-to-day
running of your activity and responsibility, remain attentive to
possible problems throughout the project and evaluate the feasibility
of a project, its risks and opportunities.
* Participate in projects in your area of activity and contribute to
the initiatives deployed in the division.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :
* You have a minimum of 2 years of higher education in the technical
field (electrical engineering, mechanics, automation) to 5 years of
higher education in technical engineering. You have at least 5 years
of experience in managing technical projects in the entertainment
industry and in managing technical teams.
* You have a good command of French (C2 level) and English (C1
level) as well as computer tools (Pack Office, Autocad, Solidworks,
Sketchup,)
* You have the regulatory training "risk prevention and safety for
the operator's license", and have electrical authorizations
* This position requires leadership, a collaborative and educational
spirit, communication skills, responsiveness, availability and
flexibility
