Your missions: You will assist the HR Recruiting Manager of the site in2 areas: * Talent Acquisition activities (deploy the recruiting strategy, sourcing, attraction of the targeted profiles, admin follow up of the hiring process...) * Talent Development (coordinate Training on site, collaborate with the site Operations to estimate the future training needs, coordinate the training effort and follow up the results.
