POSTE ET MISSIONS
CLIENT PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT TEAM
The Client Portfolio Management team acts as a bridge between sales,
clients and portfolio managers. The team is the central point of
knowledge related to the fund range and individual investment
strategies. Among its responsibilities, the team will support the
sales force with client facing activities (meetings, events,
conference calls…), will help position products versus peers, will
train sales teams and will produce technical marketing materials,
generate original content, provide support for communication and
marketing initiatives, requests for proposals and requests for
information.
YOUR MAIN MISSIONS WILL CONSIST OF:
o Support the Client Portfolio Management team in its daily tasks and
on-going projects
o Ensure the timely set up of meetings, calls and conferences
o Oversee the update of regular reports, dashboards, metrics…
o Participate in the development of specific content for clients
o Perform searches on competitive landscape
o Populate databases with investment and product related information
o Work closely with other teams on various transversal and strategic
projects
o Coordinate client support requests for information and request for
proposals
PROFIL ET COMPÉTENCES REQUISES
o Post-graduate students (and a first experience in the asset
management industry would be a plus)
o Proficient in MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
o Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (other
languages are a plus)
o Excellent communication and writing skills
o Ability to prioritize, solve problems and show initiative
o Strong work ethic with the ability to work in high-pressure,
multi-cultural environment
Rigor, independence, adaptability, excellent communication and
interpersonal skills will be real assets to
succeed in this internship. The successful candidate must demonstrate
dynamism, curiosity and eagerness to
learn. The candidate must show team spirit, resilience and a passion
for achievement.
The internship lasts 6 months - Position available July 2022
