As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in our office in Paris you will join our Talent Acquisition and HR team, represent Givaudan Brand in the market and promote our Employer Value Proposition. You will manage a wide variety of recruitments in our Fragrances and Flavours businesses in France and occasionally across Europe. You will ensure a strong candidate pipeline, an excellent recruitment experience to candidates and internal stakeholders and a consistent high quality selection process. This is role is a fixed-term position for 6 months. IN THIS EXCITING ROLE YOU WILL: * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and the selection of suitable candidates * Provide excellent recruiting and advisory service to hiring managers and HR to attract high-quality candidates * Understand talent supply and demand dynamics in key markets, review hiring needs, and develop a sourcing plan * Ensure efficient recruitment processes and work to continuously optimize the candidate experience alongside our managers, adapting recruitment processes in order to ensure effectiveness and compliance * Manage local vendor relationships and ensure high service levels YOU?
