We work close to the purchasing organization, but independent. As controllers, we are recognized as purchasing finance advisors, business partners, and we are also responsible for securing compliance in our financial transactions. JOB DESCRIPTION As intern in purchasing business control you will contribute to the following activities: * Support on material cost closings routines and analysis * Support business controllers to solve invoicing issues * Financial and management reports preparation * Take part on cross functional projects for improving processes, trainings and IT tools * Contribute to Group Trucks Purchasing digitalization journey * Establish communication channels and strategies from business control towards purchasing organization (SharePoint, TEAMs channels, webinars & videos, information sharing newsletters, etc…) WHO ARE YOU? * Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. * Studying Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or correlated. * Great Interpersonal communications skills. * Wide knowledge of Office 365 tools. * Advanced level in Excel and Power Point is a must. * Curious and dedicated. * Experience with video editing and/or web designer is a differential. * Knowledge of visualization tools such as Power BI is a differential.
