Stellantis's Software Organization (SWx) was established to build the most captivating experiences in the latest frontier of Automotive Technology. As part of that foundation, we are seeking a lead for xIL Integration and Simulation as an integral part for our next generation's V&V platform development. The individual should be an experienced technical leader, have the ability to develop a strong competent team that can work laterally and across multiple meta functions. The team will be global and will support all Stellantis applications utilizing the Agile methodology. Employee development and satisfaction, work management, process efforts, project workload estimation, training and onboarding will all be part of this lead's responsibility. Working closely with functional design, architecture, plant modeling, simulation framework, testing teams is a part of the daily work. The highly automated V&V platform must be able to run fast test cycles on all levels driven by a digitalized development and integration process. The primary focus of this individual will be to lead xIL platform integration, commissioning and deployment, the candidate must be familiar with continuous integration and delivery methods, test automation & rollout. Testing, troubleshooting and root cause of platform issues is an integral responsibility. Furthermore, an agile testing mindset and good knowledge of MBSE, MBD and integration toolchain for xIL environment is a must. This individual must have a good understanding of Autosar (both Classic and Adaptive) configurations – MCALs and Complex Device Drivers, Linux, Communication Protocols (Ethernet, CAN etc.), Foundation – Multi Core, Diagnostics, OTA and HMI. ONLY SEND CV IN ENGLISH PROFIL Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering Minimum 2+ years of Technical Leadership in V&V Platforms Good Knowledge of virtual testing methods (model based, xIL, etc.) Good knowledge of agile test methods and test automation Good understanding of testing standards Experience with complex test environments Experience working with and/or managing global teams Experience with planning, status & risk reporting and escalation, prioritization, and global governance Budget planning and management Strong foundational experience with Agile, Scrum and DFSS Methodologies Outstanding interpersonal and project planning skills Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering Knowledge and understanding of an Automotive OEM Good knowledge of state of the art SW construction and integration methods and tool chains. Good Knowledge of OS (Operation Systems), Autosar (Classic and Adaptive), Linux etc. Experience with model-based development tools such as MATLAB/SIMULINK Experience with integration toolchain such as COSYM, VEOS, ConfigurationDesk etc. Experience with 0-D and 1-D physical modeling tools Good understanding of automotive testing standards. Experience with Agile, Scrum.
