Senior Cluster Engineer

SENIOR CLUSTER ENGINEER (W/M/X) Location: Saint-Denis-de-l'Hôtel (close to Orléans) Contract: permanent The Senior Cluster Engineer will do project Management of major investment projects (> 2 Mio. € - depending on the complexity of the project) on the multiple sites of a regional cluster whilst ensuring conformance to legislation and Mars Standards. In close cooperation with the local teams and with the Site's Asset Strategy, the consists in managing teams and resources to develop, evaluate, design, procure and implement technical solutions for business projects, as well as transfering and applying improvements to new and existing equipment across the sites WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? * Degree in Engineering * 3 to 5 years Experience in Engineering on a regional and global level * Project management skills * Presentation and organization skills * Fluent in English What would be your key responsibilities? * CAB Project Management for the cluster as project leader * Initiation, development and implementation of capital projects (incl. costing, specifications, obtaining offers, negotiation with suppliers, technical realisation and hand over to operations) * Preparing project documents for presentation and documentation according to Mars & Legal Standards * Working across multiples technologies in their cluster and site * Technical & Operational integration of the project: management of all relevant interfaces in multiple/different sites like Maintenance, Controls, Production, QFS (R&D), Logistics, Site Engineering, Central R&D, national and international suppliers * Apply Functional Specifications delivered by Global Engineering * Initiation and realisation of technical improvements at the existing lines in order to achieve higher efficiency, availability, safety, quality, hygiene and environmental standards of the machinery. * Training for production and maintenance * Take responsibility for safety (associate, contractor and food) and quality of execution WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM MARS ? * At Mars, we believe in a relationship of mutual trust, dignity and respect between our company and Associates that is more meaningful than the standard employer/employee relationship. * As Associates, we can expect to be respected, supported and valued as individuals, to be treated fairly and equitably. * An environment where you are empowered to be proactive and to take initiatives to make a difference. * Working in an enjoyable, collaborative, and multicultural environment. * You will join a large family of 1000 Petcare Associates, spread over 2 sites in France, including 2 factories * The PetLovers segment, committed to building a better world for our pets! #LI-FT1
