Senior Functional Leader Supply Chain

In the context of the group supply chain transformation, Ipsen has
launched several initiatives to reengineer its supply chain management
processes and redeployed its systems.
This job position aims at supporting the further roll-outs and
ensuring the continuous alignment between processes and systems on the
supply chain domain.
* Leads the business in expressing & prioritizing their needs for
process improvements and for the IT support teams
* Develops the communication between IT and business teams
* Leads with supply chain associates in building and refining
business processes
* Build and nurture partnership with the IT domain leaders to ensure
their teams deliver projects & bug-fixing tickets on time & in full
* Leads upgrade projects to continuously tailor process the systems
to business needs
* Train and maintain skills
* Is the business owner of 1 or several information systems
* Builds and steers the Project Management Office
Contributes to multi-functional programs, on behalf of Supply Chain
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
* Master’s degree graduate or post-graduate in IT or supply chain
coupled with a recognized supply chain management qualification such
as APICS BASICS
* Some experience of supply chain management: S&OP, Logistics and
order management, systems acumen, training and coaching, Enterprise
Excellence / Lean management, Financial acumen including a full
understanding of how supply chain planning decisions impact the
balance sheet and profit & loss.
* Track records in successfully leading mid-size projects
* Transformation and process improvement skills:
o Capable to understand, challenge and synthetize multiple points of
view.
o Good communication skills, capable to influence business and IT
decisions.
o Hands-on, problem-solver and “can do” attitude.
o Motivated team-worker, enthusiast and reliable.
o Project management skills: planning, project organization and tools.
o Very good MS Excel skills and reliable.
* Fluent English. French is an advantage.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical business is an advantage
