Internship Product Development Assistant (6 months)

Creative, detail oriented, process driven and multi-tasker, works as a team with R&D, vendors, Marketing and other key partners to ensure delivery of projects Duties and Responsibilities Support on product programs under PD responsibility from concept to launch Support on administrative tasks (shipments, meeting minutes,..) Support communication critical relationships with internal and external labs, fragrance houses and R&D partners Support team to maintain worldwide compliancy for all formulary and packaging for products under responsibility Support on monitoring stability/compatibility of approved samples. Support team to maintain timelines for all projects. Research industry trends and competitive products for new products, new categories and core line (as new products hit the market) Support team with ELC Sustainability Roadmap QUALIFICATIONS Qualifications/Job Specifications English mandatory (French is a plus) Student in a Frangrance School or Cosmétique/luxury Master Product formulation knowledge is a plus Responsible, dependable, self-starter/proactive Team player - Passionate and loyal - Willingness to learn Awareness of and interest in trends and lifestyle aspects that influence PowerPoint, word and excel JOB: Marketing PRIMARY LOCATION: FR-Paris JOB TYPE: Standard SCHEDULE: Full-time SHIFT: 1st (Day) Shift JOB NUMBER: 221811
