To sustain and expand the initial success, it is critical for the institution to build a unique advantage in designing, developing and launching customized and open programmes. Our Online Programmes are the core of cultivating and harbouring these critical knowledge and capabilities. INSEAD is looking for a Project Manager within the Online Programmes team on the Fontainebleau Campus in France . This is a full-time and permanent position. INSEAD currently allows for a hybrid working model where we require staff to be on-site three days a week, and they work at home two days a week . Reporting to the Director of Online Programmes, as part of the Design & Development pillar, you will assist in the design and development process and manage the process of launching new online courses (or “programmes” as we refer to them). The programmes may be developed for external clients who are either individuals participating in open programmes, or corporate clients in customised programmes. The post holder will execute the process defined by the senior members of the online team and input into the continuous improvement of these processes. The position holds essential responsibilities in applying and enhancing the knowledge and capabilities developed in the online team, which include project management skills, course design capability, and learner experience design. There is a significant emphasis on design and development incorporated into the Project Manager role. The Project Manager will need to interact with INSEAD Faculty and other internal and external stakeholders to collaborate and build our learning platforms and content, as well as listen to the needs of our clients. The Project Manager will also be responsible for delivery of pilot courses and implementing improvements based on participant and client feedback.
