Senior Business Method Engineer: Shopfloor digitalization (M/F)

DESCRIPTION This role will be part of the Airbus ME Shopfloor Execution and Efficiency organization which is responsible for deploying, maintaining and supporting reliable, efficient and integrated production solutions to Operations, in order to enable industrial excellence and contribute to the company’s profitability and competitiveness. This role is operating within a dynamic transnational team interacting with stakeholders in operations and ME functions with a strong base in France, collaborating internationally, or locally with the Airbus Commercial sites in Toulouse. The scope is a nice mix between various local and transnational challenges and responsibilities. Main tasks & responsibilities Based on your profile and the experience that you bring when joining the team, we have different missions to be accomplished, such as * Contributing either to the development of processes, methods and tools for the Production System Efficiency (PSE) scope… or, taking care of their deployment: MES, line balancing, time optimization, outstanding work & disruption management, advance/ delay production steering. * Harmonize and drive best practices around the Manufacturing Engineering jobs Process Performance Engineer (PPE) and Technical Shop floor Support (TSFS) and secure their adequate and state-of-the-art qualification * Leading Change Management activities for the new processes/methods & tools being deployed. Engaging with key stakeholders. * Ensuring a 2-way communication and dialogue and developing a trustful relationship to deliver successful coaching support to the Process Performance Engineer and Technical Shop Floor Support communities. * Organizing and executing the Business Operating Support (BOS) for one or more of our relevant tools AVL2_, _ANDON_, _ACPnG_, _Tandem_, _MES_, _SIMBAL_, _or EPIQA_._ * Act within a resolver group to ensure business continuity by supporting end-users in the plants and FALs providing ME expertise. * Grow, develop and structure the support network centrally, internationally and locally for all our relevant tools. Depending on the mission, the job holder may also be in charge of managing relevant budgets and sub-contracted work packages that are supporting the initiatives. This job includes travels. * Initial education in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Information Management, or Business Management * Technical skills: * Analytical skills, knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering fundamentals, PERT, Lean principles & tools * Understanding of Data analysis concepts and digitalization challenges * Development experience with shopfloor-related software solutions, project management skills * Experience in production/industrial environment or in a related information management field * Soft skills & mindset: * Communication skills and empathy, * Ability to build trustful relationships, and to engage with people and influence, * Ability to question situations, * Comfortable in a multicultural environment and stakeholders management * Confortable in working with/within non-colocated teams. * Languages: English negociaition, for local activities, French, German and/ or Spanish will beadvantage At Airbus, we support you to work, connect and collaborate more easily and flexibly. La future organisation du Manufacturing Engineering se développe et nous recherchons un ou une Senior Business Method Engineer: Digital Expert for MES evolution and Business Operating Support (m/f) Ce poste fera partie de l'organisation Airbus ME Shopfloor Execution & Efficiency qui est responsable du déploiement, de la maintenance et du support de solutions de production fiables, efficaces et intégrées aux opérations, afin de permettre l'excellence industrielle et de contribuer à la rentabilité et à la compétitivité de l'entreprise. . Ce rôle s'exerce au sein d'une équipe transnationale dynamique en interaction avec les parties prenantes de la production et des fonctions ME avec une bonne implantation en France, en collaboration avec l'international ou localement avec les sites commerciaux d'Airbus à Toulouse. Votre activité sera un mélange de divers défis à relever associées à des responsabilités locales et transnationaux Tâches principales et responsabilités En fonction de votre profil et de l'expérience que vous apportez en rejoignant l'équipe, nous avons différentes missions à accomplir, telles que * Contribuer soit au développement de processus, méthodes et outils pour le périmètre Production System Efficiency (PSE), soit, prendre en charge leur déploiement. MES, équilibrage de ligne, optimisation des temps, gestion des travaux restants et des perturbations de la production, pilotage des avances/retard de la production * Harmoniser et piloter les bonnes pratiques autour des métiers d’ingénieur Manufacturing Process Performance Engineer et Technical Shop floor Support et sécuriser leur qualification au bon niveau. * Diriger les activités de Gestion du Changement pour les nouveaux processus, méthodes et outils déployés. S'engager avec les principales parties prenantes. Assurer une communication et un dialogue bidirectionnels et développer une relation de confiance pour fournir un accompagnement (coaching) réussi à la communauté des _Process Performance Engineer et Technical Shop Floor Support_. * Organiser et exécuter le Business Operating Support (BOS) pour un ou plusieurs de nos outils principaux AVL2, ANDON, ACPnG, Tandem, MES, SIMBAL ou EPIQA. * Travailler au sein d'un groupe de résolveurs pour assurer la continuité des activités en soutenant les utilisateurs finaux dans les usines et les FAL et en fournissant une expertise ME. * Étendre, développer et structurer le réseau de support de manière centralisée, au niveau international et local, pour tous nos principaux outils. En fonction de la mission, le titulaire du poste peut également être chargé de la gestion des budgets associés et des lots de travaux sous-traités qui soutiennent les initiatives. Cette activité inclue des déplacements professionnels * Formation initiale d’ingénieur en Manufacturing Engineering, Gestion de Production, Gestion des Affaires, Gestion de l’information ou Gestion d’Entreprise * Compétences techniques : * Compétences d’analyse * Connaissance des fondamentaux du Manufacturing Engineering, PERT, méthodologie d'équilibrage de ligne (Standard Line Balancing), méthodologie MTM, principes et des outils Lean * Compréhension des concepts d'analyse de données et des défis de la numérisation * Expérience de développement avec des solutions logicielles liées à l'atelier, compétences sur la gestion de projet * Expérience en Production, dans un environnement industriel ou dans un domaine lié à l'Information Management IM * Savoir-être * Bonne communication et capacité à établir des relations de confiance * Capacité à remettre en question les situations * Capacité à interagir avec les gens et à influencer * A l'aise dans un environnement multiculturel. * A l'aise dans le travail avec/au sein d'équipes non colocalisées. * Langues : anglais négociation.
