We are looking for a Continental Europe Channel Marketing Manager for
Kimberly-Clark Professional, responsible for c reating and executing
growth plans with key customers (distributor, channel, trade, and
eCommerce) to deliver NS, OP and share growth objectives for all
Brands across all markets in the Cluster. Works in conjunction with
sales partners to develop Joint Business Plans, customer plans,
including portfolio optimization, communication, promotions,
incentives & launches.
The role reports to the Cluster Marketing Team Leader.
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
BUSINESS LEADERSHIP
* In conjunction with Cluster GM & Sales team, designs & executes
Distributor / Channel Segmentation and Treatment Strategy for assigned
partners
* Lead new channel partner identification and recruitment to support
KCP market share growth in strategic segments
* Drives distributor growth by participating in development of
distributor business analysis partnering with Business Intelligence /
Sales Analytics / Sales, including category performance, customer base
evolution (i.e. Churn, new business, etc.) and DSR performance
tracking
* Works with channel partners to design & execute ideal Digital Shelf
for all KCP categories
* Partners with Customer Marketing to identify gaps in current
distribution to reach targeted choosers and works with the Sales team
to build acquisition plans
* Partners with Commercialization to execute Category strategies to
deliver growth targets for assigned Distributors / Channel Partners
* Partners with Commercialization & ECommerce team to develop &
executes product assortment strategy for key online channel partners
NEW BUSINESS ACQUISITION / PENETRATION / RETENTION
* Partners with Sales to acquire Sell Out data from channel partners
& uses this to identifies new customer targets to accelerate growth
with them
* Develops annual plan (JBP) for assigned customers and executes
omnichannel commercial programs including digital and catalogue
content, search optimization, sales promotions and loyalty & incentive
programs, to deliver ABP objectives for acquisition / penetration /
retention
STANDARD WORK
* Provides marketing support to the Sales Organization including
promotional requests, distributor presentations, out of stock
communications, literature management, new customer setup
* Ensures all marketing content is uploaded & maintained in the
Digital Asset Management System
* Partners with Central Digital Operations team to develop & execute
digital sales tools, websites, SEO/SEM etc.
* Monitors performance of marketing programs (ROI) and adjusts
accordingly
* Manages assigned marketing budget within CFI’s
* Actively visits customers and channel partners to capture insights
and check and adjust marketing programs
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL:
* Bachelor Degree, in business-related discipline
* Significant years of experience in trade marketing / sales roles
with a demonstrated track record of achievement and growth in
leadership behavior
* Curiosity on external trends & customer needs
* P&L management
* Resolving complex problems and translating to business
opportunities
* Managing & successfully influencing complex stakeholder
relationships
PREFERRED:
* Masters / MBA with concentration in Marketing
* Experience in a B2B environment
* Experience in managing eCommerce customers
