INTERNSHIP IN DATA SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT Miejsce pracy: Marly In the Data Science and Engineering Department we are responsible for providing various end to end data solutions to our internal customers. We design and build systems for collecting, storing and analyzing data at scale. We build Business Intelligence solutions and support business decisions with advanced analytics. In order to make a successful career in data science and engineering you would need to develop technical skills together with understanding the rules behind various business processes. During the internship you’ll have opportunity to support different teams in our Department. OUR REQUIREMENTS: * Graduates/last years students in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Econometrics or equivalent * Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & other MS Office tools (Word, Power Point) * Willingness to pursue career in data related area * Ability to conduct research for data and reporting according to requirements * Action oriented and hard-working individual, full of energy for the things you see as challenging, not fearful of acting with a minimum of planning * Open to change (stop-start-continue), experiments, eager to try anything to find solutions, quickly grasping the essence and the underlying structure of anything * Ability to learn on the fly * Fluency in English (C1) NICE TO HAVE: * Experience with data scripting languages (e.g. SQL, Python) would be an advantage * Knowledge of Power BI or similar BI tool would be a plus WE OFFER: * 3 months of paid internship * Mentor who will introduce you to world of data and technology * Opportunity to gain working experience in Data Science, BI and Data Engineering area * Flexible working hours the processing by Lyreco Advantage Polska Sp. z o.o.
