Within the Ubisoft group, the creative studio headquarters play an
essential role in the design of our games! Working closely with
management and our international studios, our role is to support the
project teams on various subjects (production process, design, game
orientation, content, financial management, human resources) to enable
them to develop quality games while maintaining editorial and
strategic consistency. This privileged position allows our
collaborators to have a global vision of the projects under
development.

Job Description
The team:
Within the international HR team of Ubisoft, which defines Ubisoft HR
policies and processes for the group, you will be reporting to the
Campus Manager and be part of “Global Talent” team. You will
participate in structuring projects for our video game production
studios worldwide, especially in talent development.
YOUR MISSIONS:
1. CRITICAL PROJECT STAFFING & INTERNATIONAL MOBILITY (80%)
* Understand and monitor critical resource needs on projects in
Production studios, and coordinate exchanges with Production
headquarters to identify solutions
* Support the studios in the management of international mobility by
ensuring that the guidelines and processes related to the management
of international mobility are applied
* An administrative follow-up on Excel and Outlook, as well as the
ability to build impactful data visualization on PowerPoint
presentation will be part of your day-to-day.
* Follow up and manage some international mobility cases directly
* Contribute to the implementation of actions aimed at circulating
information related to internal group opportunities and associated
processes (e.g.: newsletters, training within the studio HR community,
etc
2. Junior Talent Acquisition: Graduate Program and School Relations
(20%)
* Participate on an ad hoc basis in the Ubisoft Graduate Program
recruitment campaign: review of applications and organization of
virtual assessment days for selected candidates. Follow-up and
animation of action plans for school relations
* Participate on an ad hoc basis in the management of international
mobility within the Graduate Program.
Qualifications
* You are a student with a specialization in Human Resources. You are
looking for your final internship.
* You are distinguished by your energy, your sense of results and
your excellent contact.
* You are both rigorous and flexible in order to work well on project
management with a large number of actors.
* Fluent English is imperative for this position.
* French is optional for this position.

* 6 month internship starting asap
* Location : Saint-Mandé, accessible by metro line 1 (Saint-Mandé)
and RER A (Vincennes)
