Job Description:
MISSION:
Within the Asset Management department (ATR Commercial directorate),
the Working Party Representative (WPR) ensures technical follow-up of
ATR’s assets all along the aircraft transition cycle, including,
when relevant, lease and off lease periods.
The WPR is ATR’s main interface with contracted MRO’s and ensures
close coordination with ATR’s various stakeholders on aircraft
transition projects (Asset Project Managers, Engineering, CAMO, Spares
and Repairs Services…).
This includes:
* On-site inspections prior to aircraft buy-back or lease return from
existing customer;
* Working party technical follow up, including planning and cost
follow up, along with the Asset Project Managers and finance
(controlling);
* Technical assistance during aircraft delivery to the next customer,
in coordination with Aircraft Acceptance and Deliveries and Asset
Project Managers;
This position requires ability to travel worldwide, on long
assignments (several weeks) at airlines or contracted MROs.
ACTIVITIES:
To perform aircraft pre purchase inspections, ensure adherence with
agreed return conditions;
To ensure that all work performed in connection with maintenance and
repair are in accordance with the requirements and recommendation of
the OEM. It should also be ensured that approved methods, procedures
and materials are used in carrying out the said work.
To make sure all work sheets, inspection schedules, logbooks,
maintenance records are properly completed and certified with the MRO;
To ensure that the snags, non-routine cards (NRC), additional work
orders (AWO) observed during the inspections are rectified in an
approved method. Major defects and rectifications will be promptly
reported and dealt with;
Approve NRC/AWO provided by MRO , in a cost envelop acceptable to
ATR; Provide regular technical progress reports and financial status
covering costs supported by ATR;
Coordinate all spares, logistics (materials), engineering (Repair
deviation, defect…) with the MRO and ATR stakeholders;
Ensure that the MRO sticks to the agreed planning and allocate
adequate means and resources; Interface with customers during return,
transition and delivery phases;
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
* Over 5 years work experience on ATR in a maintenance department
(OEM, MRO, airline…);
* Previous experience in aircraft delivery and redelivery within MRO,
airline, lessor environments;
* EASA - ICAO type II AME License on ATR 42/72 all type in Mechanical
or Avionics Grades (License may no longer be valid) and CAMO
experience would be a plus;
* Good working knowledge in English (technical level and ability to
communicate)
* Ability to work under time constraint in order to meet strict
deadlines;
* Autonomy and ability to work alone and remotely (with adequate
support from the company);
* Adaptable to change of schedule / planning, ready to travel
worldwide and on short notice on long business trips;
Position is based in Francazal's site.
